DESCRIPTION

1. Promote the team building and development planning management of the comprehensive team channel, timely pay attention to the standard management of the sales team and sales personnel, and plan and arrange team and personnel introduction and other related matters according to the actual situation;

2. Responsible for market information research, refining and analyzing the obtained market information, and formulating corresponding business policies and promotion plans;

3. Within the authorized scope, promote and optimize the product strategy, underwriting policy, and channel sales policy of this channel;

4. Regularly conduct business data analysis, submit analysis reports, and propose development suggestions based on the analysis results;

5. Responsible for training channel sales personnel on business policies and product knowledge, as well as training and promoting the use of innovative sales tools;

6. Conduct daily assessment and management of sales personnel, assist other departments in managing sales personnel in this channel, such as remote order points, receivable insurance premiums, etc;

7. Complete other tasks and work assigned by the leader.

1. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00, 13:00-17:00; Weekends off;
